  • Listen to encouraging and positive videos, movies and music

  • Have simple, fun nourishing foods

  • Narrow your schedule from normal

  • Keep active!

  • Things will happen at the right time-(take time to spend and enjoy)!

  • Learn to work with your body and be aware of it's needs.

  • less stress the better-say no!
